Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

When You Qualify for a Refund:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item was lost or not delivered

How to Request a Refund:

Email us at christinab1681@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video of the issue

We'll review your request within 2-3 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method if approved.

Non-Refundable:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
